CASA DA CHÁ DA BOA NOVA

The regular visits of CASA DA ARQUITECTURA are focused on publicizing the architectural works in Matosinhos, at the care of CA and CMM, of the most renowned Portuguese architect, Álvaro Siza, as well as his connections with Fernando Távora and Eduardo Souto de Moura. This regular itinerary, thematic and monographic, includes the Casa de Chá da Boa Nova (Tea House), the Piscina das Marés (Tidal Pool) and the Pool of Quinta da Conceição, and is targeted for the general public or specialists. They are led and commented by guides with training in architecture, and assumed to be a strategic and fundamental activity for promoting the contemporary and historical architectural heritage.
