PÚBLICO's 36th anniversary marked with a debate on housing at Casa da Arquitectura and Souto de Moura as director for a day

On 4 March, Casa da Arquitetura will host the conference ‘A Minha Casa’ (My Home), as part of the celebrations for the 36th anniversary of PÚBLICO, in a morning of debate that will conclude with a speech by the Minister for Infrastructure and Housing, Miguel Pinto Luz.

The meeting brings together experts, policy makers and citizens to discuss the challenges of housing in Portugal, at a time when access to housing is one of the central issues in contemporary society.

As part of this anniversary, architect Eduardo Souto de Moura will symbolically take on the role of Director of PÚBLICO for a day, associating himself with the theme ‘My Home’ and reinforcing the importance of architecture in the public debate on housing.
