Applications are now open for the XXVI edition of the Arquia 2025 Scholarships
The XXVI edition of the Arquia Scholarships 2025, organised by the Arquia Foundation, has opened applications for 51 professional practice scholarships for young architects and recently graduated students from faculties in Spain and Portugal. These scholarships are aimed at providing practical experience in architectural offices and institutions of international prestige (list here), enabling the development of professional skills in different areas of architecture and related disciplines. Casa da Arquitectura is one of the organisations involved, with a grant in the area of Cultural Management.
The aim of the Arquia Scholarships is to give candidates the opportunity to complement, through professional internships, the knowledge acquired during their training and thus contribute to bringing the professional and academic worlds closer together. The programme encourages access to qualified architectural studios and other prestigious institutions, as well as international mobility, which is considered a factor in enriching personal development.
