Mercado do Bolhão celebrates its birthday

Casa da Arquitectura is joining Mercado do Bolhão in celebrating the first anniversary of its reopening. On 16 September, between 2pm and 4pm, everyone is invited to take part in the Architectural Passport Workshop, which will allow you to get to know the space in a very special way.

Open to children and families, the Mercado do Bolhão Architectural Passport Workshop is a journey through the building. In this Bolhão anniversary activity, children and families will be able to get to know the market in a special way by observing and recording the details of this space. They'll be able to see what materials were used in its construction, decal textures, measure architectural elements, draw windows, doors, roofs and façades.
