Portuguese Representations at Venice Bienal

The agreement has a length-time of three years and ensures the integration in the archives of Casa da Arquitectura, of the materials, studies and contents related to the role of national architecture in an international artistic context since 2002.
This protocol was signed by the General Director of Arts, Américo Rodrigues, and by the Executive Director of Casa da Arquitectura, architect Nuno Sampaio. Under this partnership, an exhibition and publication dedicated to the international presence in representation in the field of architecture is planned for 2020.
According to the Director-General of the Arts, Américo Rodrigues, the agreement assumed today still safeguards the collection of future participation of Portugal in the Venice Architecture Biennale.
