Visit to the headquarters of the Portuguese Football League
Porto City Council and Casa da Arquitectura have teamed up once again to develop the second edition of the Porto de Arquitetura initiative, which includes six architectural visits and an international conference between March and July 2025. As in the previous year, all the events are free and open to the public, subject to prior registration. The first visit takes place on 1 March. Registrations closed.
The selection for this new programme of guided tours includes a number of buildings in the city that are intended to be as representative as possible of the recent transformations in Porto's urban fabric.
On 1 March, at 11am, the Portuguese Football League headquarters project, designed by OODA OFFICE, will be highlighted. The visit will be led by architect Tânia Ferreira (OODA) and landscape architect Luís Paiva (P4). REGISTRATIONS CLOSED.

Located in Ramalde, this facility aims to be a driving force in the revitalisation of this area of Porto, as part of a wider strategy and in line with other projects planned by the municipality for this area. With a diversified programme, the building stands out for its vocation as a facility open to the city, reinforced by the integration and enhancement of the surrounding public space.
The building for the new headquarters of the Portuguese Football League was designed to integrate much more than just the institution's offices and administrative areas. It hosts different programmes of a recreational and sporting nature. From its inception, the building was designed to strengthen the connection between the surrounding city, the community and the league institution itself. In short, the building acts as an icon in the city's profile, representative of the institution it houses and an anchor of the community and natural fabric that surrounds it.
