Visit to the Azenha de Cima development

The Azenha de Cima development was built on eight hectares of land, making it one of the largest developments carried out by the As Sete Bicas Cooperative, which is celebrating its 49th anniversary (it was founded on 6 April 1975).
Totalling 516 dwellings with collective garages and covered parking, the Azenha de Cima development has large green areas and was awarded the INH Prize for Cooperative Promotion in 1991, as well as several international honours. Built between 1988 and 1993 to a design by architect Pedro Ramalho, the construction was carried out by ECOP - Arnaldo de Oliveira S.A. The development also includes an administrative office, a condominium hall, a gym, a sports and leisure complex, a shopping centre and a sports rink.
