Guided tour of Porto University Stadium
On Saturday 17th, at 5pm, there will be a guided tour of Porto's University Stadium, led by architects André Camelo and Teresa Osório, from CREA Arquitectos - the architects behind the refurbishment of one of the city's oldest sporting venues, built next to the Arrábida Bridge. Registration here.
A unique opportunity to get to know this emblematic stadium from a specialised perspective.
Inaugurated in the 1950s, the University Stadium is a landmark of modern Portuguese architecture, conceived as part of an ambitious project to enhance university sport. Over time, the stadium has adapted to new functional requirements, while retaining its architectural identity and its privileged relationship with the natural surroundings of the City Park.
The meeting point will be at the main entrance (Coordinates: 41.150440894243076, -8.643885741073227).
