A guided tour of the M-odu (Former Slaughterhouse) in Campanhã will take place on 17 January at 11:30, as part of the Parallel Programme of the exhibition Kengo Kuma: Onomatopoeia, currently on view at Casa da Arquitectura.

 

With an estimated duration of one hour, the tour will be led by architect Miguel Rebelo, from Kengo Kuma and Associates, authors of the project to reconvert the site, in co-authorship with the Porto-based studio OODA.

 

Participation is free of charge and limited to 25 people*

* Mandatory requirements:

  • Mandatory use of closed, flat shoes.
  • Minimum age of 12 to participate in the event. Minors (ages 12–17) must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Worksite under construction – Includes areas and surfaces that are not accessible to people with reduced mobility; for safety reasons, participation by people with reduced mobility will not be permitted.
  • Restroom facilities will not be available at the event location.
  • Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in exclusion from the visit.
