This Christmas, Casa da Arquitectura invites children aged 6 to 12 to take part in three days dedicated to creativity, experimentation and the Christmas spirit.
From 17 to 19 December, the Christmas Workshops offer an immersion into the world of festive constructions, exploring the shapes, materials and lights typical of this season. Wood, wire, paper and cardboard are the starting points for bringing to life small structures full of colour, imagination and meaning.
Using hand tools and lots of creativity, each participant will be challenged to create their own Christmas scene. Between cutting, fitting and discovering, these workshops provide an environment for sharing and learning, where construction becomes celebration.
The programme culminates on Friday, 19 December, at 4.30 pm, with a special moment of sharing, open to family and friends, where the creations made during the workshops will be presented.

Morning reception | 8.30 am-10 am
Morning workshop | 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Lunch reception | 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Afternoon workshop | 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Afternoon reception | 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
The Casa da Arquitectura Educational Service team provides free childcare for registered children between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., offering a range of fun activities outside workshop hours.
Registration
€105 (includes all 3 days — registrations are only accepted for the entire workshop).
Meals
Lunches are not included in the final price. Participants can bring lunch from home or add the lunch service for €6/day.
Participants should bring a snack for the morning break and another for the afternoon break.
What to bring to the workshops
Reusable water bottle (with visible name).
Comfortable clothing that can get dirty.
Several layers of clothing to adapt to indoor and outdoor temperatures.
In case of rain, a raincoat or umbrella.
Closed and comfortable shoes (trainers or boots).
Small backpack (to carry personal belongings).
Any necessary medication (with clear instructions).
Note: we suggest that all items be labelled with the participant's name.
Important information
We do not refund the registration fee in case of late arrival or no-show.
Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult upon arrival and departure from the workshops.
The use of electronic equipment is not permitted during activities and extensions.
The emergency telephone number provided must always be reachable.
If the minimum number of registrations is not reached, the workshops will not take place and the registration fee will be refunded.
