Booking Conditions

— reservations requests via form

— reservations at least 5 working days in advance

— for each group of students, the presence of a responsible adult is mandatory

— in case of cancellation, this must be communicated in writing, at least 2 working days in advance

— cancellations less than 2 business days in advance will not be refunded, and the activity can be rescheduled within 3 months

Booking and cancellation conditions for national schools, +65 and socio-cultural associations

- booking requests via form

- minimum of 10 students per group

- maximum of 25 students per group

- a responsible adult must be present for each group of students

- bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance

- in the event of cancellation, this must be communicated in writing at least 5 working days in advance

- validation of the booking requires payment of the minimum number of participants. Payment of the deposit must be made within the period indicated in the communication validating availability. If the deposit is not paid within this period, the booking will be cancelled.

- Cancellations made less than 5 working days in advance will not be refunded the deposit previously paid and the activity can be rescheduled within the following 3 months.

- cancellations more than 5 working days in advance will be refunded in full

- the total price of the activity must be paid up to 48 hours before the start of the activity by bank transfer or on the day at the Casa da Arquitectura box office
